Shipping and Returns

We ship worldwide. Every Collection 1 order includes complimentary shipping. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery times: Latvia and EU — 3 to 7 business days United Kingdom — 5 to 10 business days United States and Canada — 7 to 14 business days Australia and rest of world — 10 to 18 business days Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be: Unworn Unwashed In their original condition In their original packaging Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return. Every Collection 1 order includes a complimentary gift. If you wish to return your order, the gift must be returned unopened and in its original condition. If the gift has been opened, you may still return your order, however the cost of the gift plus return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To start a return, email us at contact@7dreamclothing.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your size is not right, email us at contact@7dreamclothing.com with your order number and the size you need. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at contact@7dreamclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it within 24 hours.

If you believe your package is lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If a package has been delivered to the correct address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for it.

If you are based in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. To exercise this right contact us at contact@7dreamclothing.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.
